All Eduvem features

Eduvem is an online learning platform (LMS) for companies, schools and training providers. Each organization has its own institution on the platform, with its own address, visual identity, participants and content, isolated from every other institution. The interface is available in Portuguese (Brazil), English, Spanish and French, and it runs in the browser, on a computer or on a phone, with nothing to install. Eduvem integrates with the corporate directory (SSO), meeting tools (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom), HR and BI systems (integration API and webhooks), and analytics and support tools. Content and authoring

  • Eduvem has its own modular content editor, with modules and lectures made of text, video, audio, images and questions, a draft-and-publish cycle and a preview as a participant: Modular content.
  • Eduvem accepts three content types: modular (Wizard), SCORM 1.2 and AI-generated (Coursebox): Content types.
  • Eduvem generates a complete content draft with artificial intelligence from a text description, with target audience, language, duration, style and an optional quiz: AI content generation.

Training classes

Section titled “Training classes”
  • Eduvem offers the same content several times as separate Classes, each with its own enrollments, deadlines and follow-up: Creating a class.
  • An Eduvem Class can be public in the catalog, closed for enrollment by the administrator, or hidden and reachable only by direct link: Creating a class.
  • Eduvem controls per Class the seat limit, automatic or manual approval of enrollments and the access deadline in days: Creating a class.
  • Eduvem schedules live classes inside the content with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, an external link or an in-person meeting, including recurring series: Live classes.

Participants and access

  • Eduvem registers and authenticates participants by e-mail or by CPF (the Brazilian taxpayer number), for audiences without a corporate e-mail: Creating users by CPF.

Enrollments and progress

Evaluations and exams
