What active users are
Active users are the participants who actually entered the platform (signed in) during the analyzed period, rather than merely existing in the registration.
It is the metric that separates the size of the base (registered) from real engagement (who actually uses it).
Where to track it
Section titled “Where to track it”- On the Eduvem Dashboard, the Active Participants card appears alongside the institution’s main numbers, with filters by period.
- In the reports, you export the base with the last-access dates for your own analyses (the Participants list also shows each person’s last access).
How to use the metric
Section titled “How to use the metric”- Track the trend, not just the absolute number: a sustained drop in active users anticipates engagement problems before completion rates fall.
- Combine it with groups and divisions to see engagement per area of your organization.
- Internal campaigns, gamification (ranking) and communicating new contents are the usual levers to re-engage those who stopped accessing.
