Guide: the monthly training report
A 30-minute routine at the end of the month that produces the report leadership expects.
1. Start with the Dashboard
Section titled “1. Start with the Dashboard”Open the Eduvem Dashboard and apply the date filter for the closed month. The indicators that tell the story:
- Active Participants - the real engagement, against the registered base.
- Active Enrollments and Completed - the month’s flow.
- Completion rate and average progress - the health of the programs in progress.
2. Export the data
Section titled “2. Export the data”Generate the CSV export by enrollment: participant, class, state, progress, score, and dates. It is the basis for any breakdown leadership’s spreadsheet asks for - large reports take a few minutes to generate (click Generate and wait for Download), so generate it before your coffee.
3. Break down by area
Section titled “3. Break down by area”If the institution uses groups and divisions, the reports gain those groupings as filters - the number per department comes out ready, with no VLOOKUP.
4. The three warning signs
Section titled “4. The three warning signs”- Active users dropping for two months in a row - an engagement problem before it becomes a completion problem.
- “Not started” piling up in a mandatory program - time to follow up (or to revisit the launch communication).
- Average score close to the minimum - poorly calibrated content or exam; review the exam attempts before blaming the participants.
