Import completions from another platform
If your institution is coming from another learning platform, the Eduvem team can record as completed the enrollments of participants who had already finished the content there. This way their history and certificates stay available to them on Eduvem.
Before you ask
Section titled “Before you ask”- Participants must already be registered and enrolled in the classes. Importing completions does not create accounts or enrollments. Register and enroll people first through the Cadastrar wizard (Múltiplos or Arquivo CSV tabs); see Mass operations.
- Prepare a spreadsheet with, for each completion:
- a participant identifier: CPF, email or username, the same one used at registration;
- the completed class (or content);
- the completion date. If the spreadsheet has no dates, give one date for every row.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Send the spreadsheet to the Eduvem team through support.
- Review. Before applying it, Eduvem checks each row and returns the ones that could not be matched (participant not found, not enrolled in the class, duplicate identifier) so you can fix them.
- Applying. The matched enrollments get 100% progress, a passed assessment and a certificate dated with the completion date you provided.
