Reset my password

There are two ways to reset your password on Eduvem: from your own profile, when you are already signed in, or through password recovery, when you cannot sign in.

Login screen with the Forgot password link below the Sign in button

  1. Sign in to the platform as usual.
  2. Open your profile from the top menu.
  3. On the Personal Data tab, click Change password and enter the new password.
  4. Save. The new password takes effect immediately for your next sign-ins.
  1. On the login screen, click Forgot password (just below the sign-in button).
  2. Enter your registered email, or the username you use to sign in - depending on whether your institution accepts email, CPF, or enrollment number at login.
  3. The platform replies If we found your account, we have sent you the instructions to recover your password. From there, the path depends on what is registered in your profile:
    • With a registered email - you receive a message with the reset link. Follow the link and set the new password.
    • Without email, with a registered phone number - if your institution has enabled recovery via WhatsApp, you receive a code at the number in your profile. The screen itself asks Received a code on WhatsApp? Enter it below: enter the code, click CONFIRM CODE, and set the new password.

People who sign in with CPF or enrollment number often have no email in their registration, and without an email there is nowhere to send the link. For those cases, the institution can enable password recovery via WhatsApp: the code arrives at the phone number already in your profile.

Things to know:

  • The number used is exactly the one registered in your profile. If it is wrong or outdated, the code will not arrive - contact your institution’s administrator to correct your registration.
  • The feature depends on the institution having enabled it. If it is not available to you, recovery remains email-only.
  • With both an email and a phone number registered, check both: the on-screen message covers both paths.

If your institution uses Microsoft sign-in (SSO), your password is the same as your organization’s corporate account - the reset happens through Microsoft’s/your company’s own channels, not through Eduvem. If SSO is unavailable at the moment, you can still sign in with email and password, when that sign-in is also enabled for your institution.
