Generating reports

Eduvem’s reports give the administrator the consolidated view of what happens in the institution: who is enrolled, who has progressed, who has completed and been approved.

Administrative Dashboard

When enabled for the institution, the Administrative Dashboard is the console’s first screen: the institution’s main indicators in fifteen reports in the side menu, with filters and export. It is an optional feature - if your institution does not use it, the console opens straight into administration.

Available reports

In the reports area of the admin console you will find, among others:

• Enrollment and progress report: each participant’s situation per class - progress, score and enrollment state.
• Completion report: who completed and was approved, with the dates - the basis for auditing issued certificates.
• Institution views: aggregated numbers to monitor platform usage over time.

Exporting data

Reports can be exported to Excel or CSV for spreadsheet analysis or integration with your organization’s other BI tools. The format option appears on every report screen - Classes, Contents, Institution and Groups. Choose the format, generate the file and wait for the download - very large reports (above 65 thousand enrollments) are exported automatically as CSV, regardless of the chosen format.

Tip

For slices by area or unit, organize participants into groups and divisions: the reports gain those groupings as filters.
