Guide: platform launch kit

Putting the platform online is half the work. The other half is getting people to sign in, start a content and come back. The launch kit organizes that second half into four steps, with texts ready to copy.

Open the launch kit

  • Your data: 10 essential fields (platform name, launch date, access link, support contact and others). What you fill in appears automatically in every message.
  • Four steps: communication strategy, launch event, benefits tied to the platform, and engagement of managers and leadership.
  • Ready-made messages per channel: e-mail, WhatsApp, intranet, a note for managers, and reminders.
  • Visual pieces: short phrases for banner, card, poster and e-mail signature, previewed in your company’s color.
  • Frequently asked questions to publish on the intranet, and a final checklist before you announce.

The data you type is saved only in your browser. Nothing is sent to the platform.

The kit mentions features that must be set up before the invitation goes out:

  • Visual identity: logo, banner and content covers. The sizes are in Visual identity and theme and Setting up the home page.
  • Usage rules: groups by role or function, and the classes assigned to each one.
  • First content: choose a short content to recommend as the starting point, and test the access link with someone outside HR.
  • Welcome: the home page’s featured popup (see Visual identity and theme) can greet people on their first visit.

Mention in your messages only what is already set up on your platform. If a question in the kit’s FAQ refers to a feature you do not use, remove the question.
