AI content generation (Coursebox)
Coursebox generates a complete modular content draft from a text description: title, modules, lectures and, optionally, an evaluation quiz. It is a feature enabled per institution - if the option does not appear when creating content, talk to Eduvem support.
How to generate
Section titled “How to generate”When creating content, choose the Coursebox (AI) type and fill in:
- Content Title: inherited from the title set on the Configuration tab.
- AI Prompt: the description of the content you want to create (between 10 and 5,000 characters) - the more specific, the better the draft.
- Target audience: who the content is for (for example, General, Beginners, Managers).
- Language: the language the material will be generated in.
- Duration (minutes): 1 to 600, used to calibrate the length of the material.
- Number of Modules (1 to 20) and Lessons per Module (1 to 20).
- Content Style: Professional, Casual, Academic, Conversational, Formal or Technical - adjusts the tone of the generated writing.
Click Generate and wait: generation runs in the background and the draft becomes available as soon as it finishes.
Evaluation quiz
Section titled “Evaluation quiz”Optionally, check Generate Quiz so Coursebox generates a quiz together with the content, setting:
- Number of questions in the quiz (1 to 50).
- Pass grade (%), from 0 to 100.
After it is generated
Section titled “After it is generated”The generated material is a draft: review the writing, the modules and the quiz questions before publishing, exactly as you would with modular content assembled by hand in the editor. Nothing reaches the participant before publishing.
