My development
The My development feature turns each participant’s profile Certificates tab into a fuller view of their development: completion indicators, workload, pending items that need attention (content ending, certificates or credentials expiring) and ongoing learning paths, plus a button to download a PDF development record.

What the participant sees
Section titled “What the participant sees”With the feature on, the participant’s profile Certificates tab is renamed My development and gains, above the certificate list - which stays exactly as it was -:
- A year selector (the most recent year with a completion, or All years).
- Indicators for content items completed, certificates issued and average grade, with the workload of completed content on a line below.
- The Pending section, with content ending within 30 days, certificates expiring, expired, or issued for a now-outdated content version, and - when the institution also uses Professional qualifications - external credentials expiring or expired.
- The Ongoing learning paths section, with the progress of every learning path the participant has not fully completed yet.
- The Download my development record (PDF) button, which generates a PDF with the institution’s name, the participant, their login (CPF partially masked when the login is a CPF), the generation date, the totals, the list of completed content items with each certificate’s verification link and, when applicable, external credentials split between those verified by the institution and those only declared by the participant.
See the participant-facing walkthrough in Tracking my development.
A badge on the top menu
Section titled “A badge on the top menu”When the participant has at least one pending item still worth resolving, their profile icon in the top menu gains a badge with the count (showing 9+ above nine). The badge disappears on its own as pending items get resolved.
What does not change
Section titled “What does not change”- The way each certificate is earned and issued stays the same - see Online customization and issuance of certificates.
- The workload shown is the workload registered on the content, not the time the participant actually spent studying.
- A certificate only leaves the pending list once it is renewed - the participant completes the content again and receives a new certificate. Re-enrolling alone, without completing it, is not enough.
