Emails from your institution's address

By default, the platform’s automatic emails (welcome, password reset, enrollment, certificates, reminders and notices) are sent with your institution’s name and an Eduvem sending address. When a participant replies, the reply goes to your institution’s support email.

If you prefer the sender to be your institution’s own email address (for example, contact@yourinstitution.com), the Eduvem team can set this up for you.

  1. Contact Eduvem support and tell us the address that should appear as the sender and the name to display.
  2. Domain verification. So that emails do not land in the spam folder, Eduvem sends a few technical settings for your institution’s IT team to publish on the email domain. It is a quick setup and does not change your organization’s other emails.
  3. Test and activation. Once IT confirms, Eduvem sends a test email and only then activates the new sender.

Until activation, nothing changes: emails keep going out normally from the Eduvem address with your institution’s name.
